  • Mohaka SH2 Passing Bay Project:
    Constructive Consulting has been engaged by Waka Kotahi – NZTA to provide project management, procurement and MSQA services for the construction of a 545m long passing bay in the southbound direction at the top of the Mohaka Viaduct in Hawkes Bay. This includes a realignment of the road to move away from the at-risk bluff face. The Contract includes earthworks, drainage works, concrete works, pavement and surfacing and traffic services installation
  • Reinforced Earth-Fill Project:
    This contract was for the construction of a geogrid reinforced buttress fill to provide support to the existing road embankment and roadway situated 10m above. Substantial drainage was installed below the existing road and flumed down the face of the new embankment to an existing watercourse below the site. This project was completed on time, to budget and to an excellent quality standard.
  • Anchored Timber Pole Wall Project:
    This project was for a 30m long x 4m high anchored timber retaining wall. Temporary sheet piling was used to support the existing road during construction of the new retaining wall. We established the contractor, acted as the client agent during construction, managed budgets and quality and ensured code of compliance was achieved at project completion
  • 3 Waters Projects:
    Constructive Consulting can partner with your company to deliver small through to large complex stormwater, sewer and drinking water projects. We provide technical leadership, project, contract & construction management along with asset management services in this space. This photo shows the installation of a FRP sewer detention tank as part of a larger project that we were engaged to provide management, surveillance, and quality assurance (MSQA) on.
  • Waikaou Hill, Tutira – Slow Vehicle Bay
    Constructive Consulting are providing project management and construction management services to Waka Kotahi – NZTA for the construction of a slow vehicle bay on the southern side of Tutira, Hawkes Bay. Works includes widening of the existing road to form a longer and safer passing bay. The Contract includes earthworks, drainage works, concrete works, pavement and surfacing and traffic services installation
